Alright, I turned 16 a few months ago and got my license the day after my birthday. The majority of cars that we have looked at are around $1500 a year for just liability. I was really stupid as a kid. S2000 insurance for a 16 year old male?

Im turning 16 in august and i was looking for a sports car and was looking into the ap1 s2000 or the mustang gt(2006+ v8 coupe) both are available for under $15,000 which my parents are giving me, but I am not sure which one i should get. Which one would you choose as a first car?( don't say get a beater because my mom wont let me get a car with over 80,000 miles). I was wondering what the insurance rates would be for both. just a little background info to help you think of how much the insurance would be. I'm a 16 year old male. under 3.0 GPA, about to take drivers ed.,and Live in GA. Also, are there any other quick convertibles or coupes worth considering(No miatas, and no new beetles please)

Can my Storage Company force me to buy their Insurance?

I have had the same storage place for over 10 years now, and recently they have been charging me an extra 9 bucks a month to have their insurance. I do not want to have their insurance ( or any insurance for that matter) and wanted to know if I legally have to pay this or if they are doing something illegal? I'm looking to find a website that will give me the average sale price for cars. NOT looking for blue book value. The reason why is my car (2000 infiniti g20) just got totaled and my insurance company will only give me the price I would get if I were to sell it on the market . An autobody owner, an auto insurance rep, and a car dealer all say that I should be getting more than the $3,800 my insurance company is offering (including sales tax!), but say that I should get some data online to have a convincing case that I could get more. I'm getting a car. Can I be under my moms car insurance if my dad is the one paying for the car?

So here's the scenario/idea. My dad is buying me a car, but wants me to go under my moms insurance (I'm currently under his)..As a fair deal he buys me the car and my mom pays the insurance for it. Both are separated by the way, so they have two different insurance companies. The question is can the car be under my moms insurance if my dad is the one making the full payment and list himself as the co-owner or owner on the title? Or does the title have to be under my name or my moms name?
